Sign up to be a vendor for our upcoming FARMERS & MAKERS MARKET on Saturday, November 18 from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.

VENDOR INFO:

No vendor fee. Vendors are invited to make a food or cash donation to support our food pantry that serves dozens of families in our local communities each week.

Vendor set-up opens at 7:00 a.m. and wrap up by 3 p.m.

Vendor must provide their own tables, chairs, canopies, coolers. No electricity will be available.

Vendors may sell fresh fruits, veggies, eggs, nuts or honey, fresh or frozen meats, prepared foods, handmade and other market items. Crafters, artisans & food trucks welcomed!

Vendors may display flyers or other marketing materials or signs for their vendor booth. Vendors will be publicly recognized for participating in support of our food pantry.

By signing up, vendors affirm that their food/sales comply with all state and local regulations.

Donations in support of our church food pantry are tax deductible and vendors will receive a donation receipt for any donation to the food pantry upon request.

Vendors who are church members get first preference for vendor spots.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY, CONSENT TO TREAT & PHOTO RELEASE 

RELEASE OF LIABILITY. By participating as a vendor at the Farmers & Makers Market at First Baptist Church of Sutherland Springs (“Church”), hereby knowingly and freely assume all risk and waive, release, discharge and covenant not-to-sue and hold harmless the church and its officers, employees, other participants, and volunteers (collectively, the “other parties”) from any and all present and future claims, demands, actions, or causes of actions resulting from any accidents, injuries, deaths, or loss of and/or damage to my person or property arising out of or connected with participation in the activities, including claims for attorneys’ fees. I understand that this waiver is intended to be as broad and inclusive as permitted by the laws of the State of Texas and agree that if any portion is held invalid, the remainder of the waiver will continue in full legal force and effect. I further agree that the venue for any legal proceedings shall be in Wilson County, Texas. 

CONSENT TO TREAT. I hereby consent to any and all health care providers, authorize any first aid, emergency treatment, including but not limited to transportation to and from health care facilities and/or any medical professional to provide treatment, order injections, hospitalize, give anesthesia or perform surgery which is deemed advisable by and to be rendered under the general or special supervision of any physician and/or surgeon. I understand that this authorization is given prior to any need for medical care but given to avoid unnecessary delay in emergency treatment which the attendant and/or medical professional may deem advisable in the exercise of best judgment. 

PHOTO/IMAGE RELEASE. I agree that the Church has the unrestricted and exclusive right and permission, free from approval or review, to use in all media now or hereafter known, including but not limited to, pictures and videos of myself or my party which he/she may be included.
