All members who are currently serving in ministry at FBCSS are required to have a background check annually. If you haven’t completed a background check form in May or June this year, please print this form, or get a form from the office, complete it, and return it in a sealed envelope to the office, your ministry leader or Pastor Abner, along with a copy of your drivers license.
